This house, a typical example of 1970’s architecture, has been completely refurbished without missing its original features. It was Gema’s duty to recover its conservation state and propose new interior finishings, as well as to revisit uses and converging spaces, adapting it to the new residents’ needs, always looking for contemporaneity.
