Located inside a village in Bela Vista neighborhood, São Paulo, the premises for the refurbishment project was to maintain the house’s identity and introspection. Gema’s proposal brings back to view the brick wall, as a building element, transmitting a cozy feeling from the memory rescue on the development of new spaces.
As a counterpoint, and representing a contemporary occupation concept, the project integrates the spaces, enhancing natural light through more generous windows and a new interior garden.
Exposed concrete and soft colours brought a fresh and contemporary mood to the house, turning it into a true urban jewel: well located, with space quality, simple and tasteful.
